About the Job:

We are currently looking for a Client Relations Associate -Destinations-The Loft to see through day-to-day operations at our exclusive Loft to create an outstanding experience to customers by sharing our exquisite Mexican culture.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Maintaining working relationship with clients and understanding complex needs of different events and diverse clients

-Leading tastings and sales transactions

-Strong knowledge of what we may offer while hosting partners or clients

-Ability to host and present our spirits

-Working with Private Client Team to see-through client allocations

-Share feedback, insights, and ideas with the management team

-Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas

-Follows all procedures of the POS system and accounting needs

-Extensive product knowledge and consistent training

-Restocking what has been sold and documenting sales

-Assisting in inventory counts

-Keep the space at operational and visual standards during the day and after close

-Anticipating and planning for possible different scenarios

-Confirms reservations through our booking platform for private sales appointments

-Always maintain SLA compliance

-Shadows Client Relations Lead in all Loft operations
