Meet Khadyajah
Khadyajah Jenkins is a profound and highly admired educator, scholar, intentional storyteller, influential keynote speaker, and innovative change maker. With her educational background in Agriculture, Teaching, and Intimacy she has learned how to have a empathic approach to cultivating and fostering community in both physical and digital spaces.
Most of her community-oriented storytelling and work is rooted in awareness and life experiences from her academic and professional journey. While study at Relay Graduate School of Education and teaching at a local charter school in the Houston area, she was faced with one of the most traumatic situations of her life. Through her despair and depression, Khadyajah created a pathway out of suffering by creating a fool-proof strategy to transition out of the world of academia and into the world of technology.
She is a Technical Talent Scout at a Fortune 100 company sourcing the best talent in the industry, conducting hundreds of interviews, reviewing candidate profiles, and helping people land life-changing offers. In addition to her experience in Talent Acquisition, she worked and collaborated on numerous innovative projects, helped distribute over $6M+ to non-profits worldwide, was invited to be the closing keynote speaker at Adobe’s Champion Forum 2022, and spearheaded multiple conversations rooted in advocacy and inclusion for historically underrepresented groups! (Just to name a few things, she has done!)
Khadyajah is currently enrolled into Penn State Doctor of Education Program and The University of Michigan’s 2024 Sexuality Health and Education cohort and is planning to continuing her education to obtain her PhD in Human Sexuality. Her mission to be a heartfelt and empathic leader is at the intersection of advocacy, community, education, inclusivity, sex positivity, and the overall well-being and harmony of all. She owns and operates her own boutique agency targeted to provide affordable academic, career, and branding services. Lastly she continues to release multi-category products and services, engage in speaking event, and serve her community. Khadyajah is the true definition of a multi-hyphenate! Beyond everything, Khadyajah teaches us to step out of fear, shamelessly share our stories, and fall deeply in love with this wild ride we call life!
